When activating call recording, the app puts the ongoing call on hold and dials a recording line. By merging the calls upon connection, the conversation is captured by the recording line. Completed recordings are typically ready for listening within 3 minutes.

Will the other party know I’m recording them?

The other party will not be notified unless you choose to disclose this information. Secure Speak’s recording process is discreet without audible notifications or announcements during the call, maintaining caller privacy.

Can I download and email the recording?

Recordings can be downloaded or shared by accessing the 'Recordings' section within the app and utilizing the sharing options to email a recording as an attachment or generate a link for streaming and downloading.

Are there any recording limits?

Calls can be a maximum of 4 hours long, with an option to make subsequent calls if needed. The free version allows playback of only the initial 60 seconds; an upgrade enables access to the complete recording.
